It's really depressing and I just have that vibe that my life sucks and it will never get better. I have minimal confidence, I don't like my appearance, I barely talk to any girls each week, and when I get home I usually just play video games until bed then do the same the next day. It's very repetitive and I don't know how someone can live in a world that everday is the same(not that I'm a suicidal person, just a depressed one). Anyways, that's how I feel and I just don't know what I can do.

But really, all you can do is to look at yourself in the mirror, and see what you see. Only you can improve that. Girls like guys with confidence. Confidence is incredibly sexy, so if you were to fix the confidence part, there's a chance the issue with talking to girls will fix itself.
Something you could try to do is get involved in clubs and activities in school. Meet some new people. Make new friends. Find where you fit in. If you're in a club, or you play a sport, people will be able to get to know you better, and know the things you interested in, and you'll kind of fall into place with certain people.
Good luck.

Don't worry too much about it mate. Everyone goes through down stages in their life. It's a part of growing up, but you need to remember that you can't let it get too far. You do need to start doing something about it rather than just being down about it. If something's wrong, don't just look at it and think "oh, I don't like that...but what can I do?" Instead, think "okay, let's change that and make it how I want it to be".
First of all - your confidence. I'm not gonna lie to ya mate, it's not easy. You literally have to force yourself to talk to people and get a good, wide social life going. You do this, and you'll find that you spend more time out with your mates and less time in on games. This will, in turn, make you more confident. It's good how it keeps going up from then.
Then girls - when you've dealt with your confidence and you feel better, that's when it's time to talk to girls. Don't try dating yet. Make friends with them first. Get to know them better, cos I tell you now, girls are a whole different species to men lol, but it's not difficult to understand them. They're just as complicated to us as we are to them. Just, when you start feeling more confident, start talking and making friends with some girls
Then, you start going out more. Ask your mates out for a doss around, or something particular like the movies or bowling or something. It all helps and you'll feel better every time, and you'll be surprised how differently you'll act outside of school than you do inside. It'll get better, don't worry.
Try your best
Good luck Ryan

But Socializing is the best thing that could happen to a teen-- You will need communication skills as you grow up. I knew about this after a long time.
Don't run from your Fear.
You fear socializing with people- Don't you ?
Well, don't fear them. Get out of your Comfort Zone and face the world.
Its not going to eat you.
This world is a Ball and you're the Stick. |
