I'm looking forward to going on to be a writer and critic of plays and poetry.

Not real sure atm...but medicine is sounding very interesting...

Lawers hate their jobs.
And theirs no need for Psychiatrists, and you'll hate listening to their problems because they'll either be drunken idiots who don't want your advice or bratty teenagers who don't care.

For me though, I want to be some sort of engineer. Probably an engineering technologist.

Oh gosh, I've changed my mind so many times. I will probably end up pursuing a writing career though. Specifically I'm interested in being a lyricist or freelance journalist. But then, I'm interested in so many things that that could change in 5 minutes, so who knows.

An Entrepreneur

Ehh see I was thinking about becoming a freelance writer too (journalism, screenwriting, both I loved and thought were fair game). My guidance counselor though kept insisting that I should pick a job that's guaranteed to have a steady financial inflow and the closest thing I came up with was a teacher (summers off too! ).

It's not as if I regret the direction I've taken either, 'cause I'm genuinely anxious to become one (even despite some stuttering) and already was considering it for a while even if freelancing may have been at the forefront.

You may want to think about it yourself. Of course if you feel strongly enough about it and want to be courageous and take the risk, I mean, definitely go for it sister!

I can probably see myself in something like advertising. I'm applying for a Fine Art degree, but I think it's unlikely that my art will be my main source of income just because it's so unpredictable. Let's face it, if you're an artist you're very lucky if you get famous while you're still alive.
