Foods that grow from the earth and don't go through excessive processing are generally good for you. |

-Obviously you should avoid sugary foods
-A lot of cereals are bad for you, try eating oatmeal for breakfast, or more fiber cereal's.
-Cheese isn't too great for you
-Ice cream is terrible
-Anything addictive, like soda and chips, they're okay in proportion, but once you start eating/drinking, it's hard to stop.
-Candy, obviously.
-Fast food
Like everyone is saying, you can still eat the stuff if you limit it, but limiting things is really hard to do when you get cravings. |

You can enjoy things like sweets and chocolate and even fast food occasionally, so long as it is in moderation. Think of it like alcohol - it can feel great at first but then you have too much, and wake up the next morning with Vietnam flashbacks that you overdid it, and feel bad.
The hardest to keep in moderation is sugar, but if you need a sugar rush have a piece of fruit instead. It's natural sugar to give you that little kick, plus water ( ) and vitamins ( ) and no regrets
