I was told a way of removing stress - my tutor had even drew me a diagram, although it wasn't very helpful as in my case if I were to cut one thing out, it would increase stress on other things rather than remove it. I'll show you, who knows? It might help.

And then you'd work out what's causing the stress in those things one at a time, and try to gradually remove the factors one by one, and then ideally you'll end up without the stress once they're all gone.
However, you could be in the same situation and not be able to remove the factors without adding more stress to the others.
