What is best milk, green or black tea?
I like milk because it is natural food and best for our body and bones.

I like milk, but prefer to drink green tea

I like green because it speeds up your metabolism, and it's actually refreshing as well as warming. Also you can get green tea ice cream at my local sushi bar (which kind of fefeats the object but it's really yummy!)

I like milk because it is a perfect diet for our body and health. The milk is benefit for patients. Mostly students take a glass of milk in morning time to refresh. So I prefer to milk because it is a good than black tea.

Black Tea does have health benefits though, in fact almost all of the health benefits you can find about Green Tea are available in Black Tea, just in a diminished quantity which furthers lessens with the addition of milk.

I prefer to take milk because it’s naturally a good provider of a whole range of nutrients essential to growth, development and maintenance of the human body and contains no artificial preservatives or coloring.

I used to drink like a few glasses of water, and live off of soda in terms of what I drank.

Now I drink like 5 bottles of water a day, a couple glasses of milk, and green tea.

So I'd say green tea and milk win :3.
