For the past 3 months i've been lifting 5 days a week, and have decided to seek out the truth on what girls actually find most attractive.

So reply with some google-searched bodies and let us guys know when it becomes overkill.

MMm..me loves the Happy Trail, but it really depends on the girl. ME PERSONALLY i lubbs when guys have a little muscles no need to be gross body builders drunk on muscle milk, but i hate when i feel like the guy is all skins and bones and scrawny and i would end up carrying him out of a burning building..jus keeping it real

^ I don't think you know what 14% Body fat means, also 5'9 isn't short. 5'10 is average.

I know that I'm not the tallest guy in the world, but i wouldn't say I was short because average height in the U.S. is 5'10" and most places around the world are about the same
