Healthy weight

what do you think a healthy weight is for a 15, 16, and 17 yearold is?
im 150 to 145 lb do you thing im at a healthy weight?

Slightly over 'healthy', but not at a high risk level. Changes in diet, vitamin D, and working on an exercise routine would benefit you both physically and mentally.

It all depends on the height. The average weight of 15-17 ranges from height.

Someone who is 5'11" might actually look pretty healthy at the weight of 150 compared to someone who is 5'1".

Thats not considered a health weight, but it may not be your fault because you said you had an issue with your thyroid and that can cause weight gain and make hard to get that weight off

Definitely not a healthy weight considering your height and age. I'm a 17 year old male. 5'7" and I'm only 135 lbs. However, I would definitely seek the opinion of a healthcare professional, they can determine if you're of a normal weight and if they find that you're not then they can guide you in the right direction in terms of lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise.
