Someone who is 5'11" might actually look pretty healthy at the weight of 150 compared to someone who is 5'1".

However, I would definitely seek the opinion of a healthcare professional, they can determine if you're of a normal weight and if they find that you're not then they can guide you in the right direction in terms of lifestyle changes such as diet and exercise. |
