Some people use to lift weight at home because of limited time but i think people should go for the fitness clubs and gym where expert trainers might guide you on how to develop muscles and what foods should be taken before and after weight lifting . Finally i would say that weight lifting is good physical workout to maintain your fitness , build your muscle and improve your health for long time . |
