I wouldn't talk to her parents before you've spoken to her, she might lose a lot of respect for you if you tell her parents behind her back, then who knows hwere she'll end up without you as a friend.
Talk to her, find out why she has been doing this and try sort it out friend to friend, get her to discuss her feelings with you , tell her everytime she's down to ring you and keep her mind off things
