right this is the situation. im 16 and quite slim and didnt really fill out when i had my growth spurt. ive recently joined the gym to get in shape but i got told that to get more muscle you need some fat to turn to muscle...this is where your all thinking just go on a binge eating week or something. i just cannot go over 10 stone for some reason i eat and eat and i stay the same lol.
so does anyone know any foods or anything that can help me gain some fat in the upper body?
