best way to get smaller thighs is to incorporate some cardio into your workout; running, elliptical, biking, swimming, etc. while using resistance to tone your thighs. so you lose fat and sculpt lean muscles.
you could do thousands of leg presses a night and it still would mean nothing without cutting out some fat from your diet and working in some cardio.
