You don't need a gym. You can run which is really great for you. Alex gave you a lot of sound information, I would try to do some of that.

Look at my avatar(that's me). I'm not buff, but I like to think I have enough muscle to get me by. You just need to go to the gym(obviously do chest exercises), and eat a LOT more. I'm 6'1'', it's not very tall, you can easily get what you want.

How about you grow some fucking balls and actually do the work?? How much does it cost to do press ups, sit ups and other muscle building exercises in your own home?? NOTHING.

Food is not expensive, and if your broke enough not to be able to afford decent food with high quality proteins and amino acids, then how about you get off your ass and earn the money. A part time job??

The bottom line is your such a lazy fucker, a magic fairy isn't going to point a wand at you and buff you out, you need to do the work, so stop whining about it and actually DO something constructive, before i travel over to America and put my foot up your arse (seriously, it could happen, im a bored teen with shit all to do, watch your back :O)

You are not referred to as "scrawny". Just thin or skinny. But it's not bad to be skinny. Just as long as you're not too skinny, but even so if you eat regularily and take good care of yourself it's natural nothing to worry about.
And don't feel bad about it or self conscious or inferior in any way because I've seen alot worse and alot scrawnier, and you are not the only one. Trust me.
I am really scrawny too and have come to accept it and just live with it, because it's just how my body is.

you are completely right. i mean, i do try to do this stuff, but i suppose that because im not achieving exactly what i was expecting straight away, im telling myself that im rubbish and i should give up, which is of course a load of balls. thanks, that was just what i needed to push myself.

once i get back from hols, i'll be a changed person.
