Is it just me, or do all 16+ boys have chests?

I am 16 going on 17 and i am tall and scrawny, pathetically so, in fact.
Please tell me I'm not the only one.

(p.s. i know that the title seems a bit over dramatic, but it doesn't look like there are that many!)

I know quite a few scrawny guys that are around your age. It's not that bad, at least I don't think so.

trust me your deffiently not the only scrawny person in the world...im not scrawny well i don't think... a bit boney but meh... aslong as your healthy is what counts

You can change easily. Just eat 6 meals a day, high calories, protein and carbs and go to the gym or workout at home 3 times a week. you can put on like 10kg of muscle a year. I did it and only after 2 months im 6 kg heavier and much more muscle mass.

I'm sorry, how many sixteen yearolds do you know? How am i supposed to juggle that within my studies AND keep up a social life??? I mean 6 meals a day? I can barely manage my dinner now! lol

And thats why you are thin... bearly manage dinner... you need to eat more calories then your body needs to function. You will put on weight then and if you work out you will develop muscle and the more food you eat will help the muscles grow.

Im 18 champ, pretty sure i no a lot of 16 year olds who go to the gym 3 times a week and eat 5-6 meals a day and they are pretty tank.

Theres no normal muscle amount for a 16 year old, everyone develops differently.

Stop making excuses, if you want it. Take it.
