Sleep a lot, thats the answer!
I found that the longer i slept for, the later id have breakfast, so there'd be no time for lunch! 2 good meals a day!
If you cant do that because of school etc stick to REALLY healthy foods.
I also tried the cereal diet for a bit, not as good as sleeping buy it worked. Just have one good meal a day ( i suggest dinner/supper) and have cereal for the other two meals. It gets boring, but give it a week or so.
Excersise! (then again i didn't do much :P)
and always have breakfast, it kick starts your metabolism so you can burn off calories easier.

Money: -1,818 | Re: Overweight Ooh somebody else trying the exact same as me, my issue though is that I'm only 14, so I can't really go to the gym, I'm always at school, then I'm up to my ears in homework, and plus with diets I don't get alot of choice in what I eat, I just get whatever's put on my plate and get exactly as everybody else in my family, but normally I tend to not eat at school, I just skip lunch, I then normally go to the chippy after school, which I know I shouldn't do, but I just give into the temptation.
I think you should just make some sort of excercise program, and eat healthily.
EDIT// Thank you so much nutzyrocker00! I signed up to sparkpeople and it's really good, it gave me an excercise plan and nutrition plan and stuff and it said I'd reach my goal by July 1st.

Thanks much! | Yea, it would be a good idea to concentrate on removing as much fat as you can & then toning up. About the "man boobs" im pretty sure you can find stuff on google about it as i dont no. Good luck.

i used to take it.
it was really effective until i started abusing it.
i tripled the dosage and ended up really sick.
bad bad decision.
dont be as stupid as me.
but it should be helpful if used responsibly.
