No don't use supplements. Also you just cant put weight on in one place it will be dispersed evenly throughout your body. Just eat more meals in the day, healthy meals...
Ok...but I think my metabolism rate is very high...I eat a lot of fat but it just doesn't show. i'll let you guys know how i'm doing...let me start this new diet plan i have formulated.

just eat more carbs and things like nuts and cheese and things. but dont start stuffing your face with 50 thousand bars of chocolate cause thats not healthy. just have bigger meals and make sure you get all your vitamins, cause if you have a vitamin deficiency (sp?) then it can make it harder to gain weight and get the nutrients your body needs.
anyway you should just be happy the way you are, i mean dont try too hard to put weight on and forget about being healthy it isnt worth it. some people just cant put weight on, there isnt anything wrong with it, you just have to learn to accept it.
All you have to do is calculate how many calories you need for your body to function + The exercise that you do and eat more calories. 3500 extra calories a week = .4 pounds thats 500 extra calories a day then what you need. For me i need to eat 6 meals a day to put on weight. If your not underweight or unhealthy then its not really worth it, im doing it for soccer but if your just doing it for no real reason it will be hard to keep it up. Im not trying to discourage you but unless you have goals it wont work.
