the HOLIDAYS are over, i ate a lot... and i gained a LOT of weight.
Since last week i've been using the treadmill hoping to lose all that extra pounds i gained, but CLASSES are going to start soon and i don't want to go back with all these baggage.... HELP
I would eat 5 small meals a day, it being healthy. You can visit http://www.slimfast.com for some meal ideas. If you have a tredmill, run on it for 30 minutes a day.
I am currently doing the 5 meal things and i've lost weight and feel alot better..
eat healthy all day. try to eat at least 1500 calories a day and drink a ton of water..running works out every part of you. so keep that up! and you will lose that extra holiday weight.

It will take time, but just exercise daily. Walking, Running, Jogging, Cycling, Swimming, Aerobics etc etc. Try not to each as much junk food. You still have to eat some junk food otherwise you wont be able to resist and you will just have massive binge sessions.
If u want a way that works to get u down really quick,i do it before triatholons, do this, cut out prosessed sugar, dairy, saturated fats , nitrates, MSG, sodium, Nuts, Any soft drinks or citrus fruit and jog for at least 3km a day 45degree gradient and it will drop away.
