i'm not huge or morbidly obese or anything like that, but i'm not skinny and a little bit more than average. i wasnt actually sure if i should post this in Dating and Relationships but i decided that since i did have something to do with my weight, i'd post it here.

theres this guy i like, it use to be a crush and it might still be for all i know, but i definetly like him alot. i dont rly know him, i have one class and lunch with him. we talk sometimes, but i barely think he notices me. even if we didnt become anything like boyfriend and girlfriend i'd still love to be friends. but i'm definetly self concious because of my weight. he's a guy that says he cares more about personality, then looks alone, and while i am over weight i wouldnt consider myself ugly and well...heres what i'm asking.

if you're a guy that says they care more about peronality then looks, would you also mean you care more about personality then weight?

It depends what he wants from you, if he really likes you he will look past your "weight" if it is actually a factor or not, i haven't seen a photo of you ( please post ). He said he prefers personality but i think thats bullshit because how can you be with someone your not attracted to?

i know how you feel about being self conscious about your weight.
i dont think theres a single teenage girl in the world who is completely satisfied with their looks. Just remember that what you see in the mirror is probably a bit distorted by your mind.

as far as the guy goes, if he wants to judge you based on your weight, he isnt worth a second of your time.
