I haven't seen your previous threads, but how tall are you and how much do you weigh?
Also, with the four pounds of weight loss, I don't think that's too much to worry about seeing as how that could possibly have just been water weight or something similar. Normally weight fluctuates by a few pounds depending on water weight in addition to the time of day you weigh yourself.
The other things on the other hand, such as only eating one meal a day, is something you should worry about and need to change. I think going to a doctor would be a good idea. | |

Then you really don't have anything to worry about. That's not a bad weight for your height. At all. Besides, a difference of 2 lbs is nothing and could just be related to something I already mentioned(water weight, time of day you weigh yourself). | |

Well just eat more than one meal a day. You shouldn't worry about needing to gain those 2 lbs back or about being underweight or anything like that as your weight and height aren't bad together at all. | |
