Yeah it does, but if you just eat the same amount you used to you'll be fine. Yeah the lighter period is instant.

there is blood, but not much. It's just like the blood you'd get from falling and cutting your knee or something. Nothing major. Plus, the doc puts a plaster on it, you don't see anything until the plaster is on, and it stops bleeding in about 5 mins

no it doesn't at all. when i press in on my arm i can feel it there. It doesn't get pushed in far because it doesn't need to be plus it's easier to be taken out.

i'd hate the feeling of a bar is my arm :S
i could do with something like that cuz i have super heavy periods them sometimes light ones, then REALLY heavy ones and recently ive been having cramps.
do i need anything or am i old enough to take any medication or pills to helps with cramps?

once you've started your periods you're old enough for it. I'd say maybe go with the pill first, cos you might need parent's consent for the implanon thing
