hello.
im 13 and im going in to high school next year. well i am naturally taned, have nice arms and legs but im overweight and fat. i need tips so that over the summer i can get ready for the ninth grade girls.
Well, at 13 years of age you're still going to be growing for quite some time to come, so I don't think anything too drastic is in order. Most kids your age who are carrying a little extra weight will grow significantly and fill out between 16-18 years of age.
Excessive dieting and working out is not recommended if you're under 18. However, if you post what your current routine is like (as far as diet and exercise is concerned), I'm sure I can provide you with some simple guidelines on how to improve your health and fitness.
A good start is to cut down on junk foods and increase your activity level (i.e. frequency of exercise).
Well if you overweight and fat I think 300lbs. I am pretty sure that you are not. Do what you are suppose to do. Eat healthy, exercise 90 minutes a day.
I was going to say the same. Im sure you will lose any puppy fat as you get to the age of 16ish. Thats usually the age girls stop developing, well some girls.
I was developed younger, but im getting to the end of my teens now and im a lot thinner.
I agree with all three of them. Just cut down the unhealthy foods, try to stick to three meals a day, and exercise. When you exercise you may not drop the fat completely, but it slims you down a bit and turns it into muscle. If you have a stomach fat problem, try doing some sort of ab-workout. Whether its some sit-ups, or just stretching. If you work out your abs, it helps to get rid of the fat and turn it into muscle.
Don't worry, when I was 12 I was packing on the pounds too. But as I started to grow more, I got a lot taller and now I'm pretty much skinny.
