Football players all have to run under 5 or they just sit on the bench,
whats ridiculous is you obviously have never played, nor actually have any understanding of the sport. |

And what supporting evidence do you have to justify this statement? The fact of the matter is, the large majority of natural bodybuilders do more cardiovascular activity (both moderate intensity and high intensity) than most other athletes (excluding those that do a lot of track work) in order to get to an ideal body fat percentage before contests.
It might also shock you to discover that a significant amount of professional athletes (whether it be baseball, basketball, or football) follow the exact principles that a natural bodybuilder follows (regarding exercise and nutrition plans).
Once again, your statement was a ridiculous generalisation that shows you have had no interaction with bodybuilders or the industry in general. Let me see the evidence (not just your misinformed opinion) to support your statement, or give it a rest. |

I said proffesional body builders, such as the ones you see on TV competeing in competetions.
Look at Roney Coleman and tell me that guy can scratch his own back. homeboy can barely put his own hands behind his head.
I'm not talking about lean guys, I'm talking about those guys who are just muscle packed upon muscle. so much muscle that it doesn't even look real, thats who I'm talking about. |
