Could my dehydration be linked with my serious tiredness lately?
I know I haven't been drinking as much as I'm meant to, and I'm trying to sort it out and I know it's mild dehydration, but could this be the reason why I'm always really tired?

Re: Could my dehydration be linked with my serious tiredness lately?
Most probably, I suffered from dehydration a few years ago and I was exhausted most of the time, even just walking up the stairs. I had to visit this specialist doctor person haha and he told me to drink salt water, it might sound disgusting but it worked!
Re: Could my dehydration be linked with my serious tiredness lately?
Caould be but there are loads of reasons why you could be tired. Lack of food... lack of enough sleep etc so don't think you can narrow it down to just dehydration, but to fix it if you think it's that then go drink!
Re: Could my dehydration be linked with my serious tiredness lately?
I think it's mainly just lack of sleep 'cause I've had a few early nights and feel fine
It is definately not lack of food
I been trying to keep my fluids up aswell and everything's OKish lol

Did you know the first stage of dehydration is feeling thirsty, so if you ever feel like you need a drink you have started the process of dehydration, but yeh good nights sleep would probably do the trick liek you said it did, a heavy work schedule could also be linked with being tired a lot, but sleep is probably the main factor.
Re: Could my dehydration be linked with my serious tiredness lately?
Try all of the thing mentioned except lack of food
Stress, lack of fluids, lack of sleep, lots of excersise... Probably all not helping me at the moment
