Eat a Clean (unprocessed fruit/veg/pasta/chicken/e.t.c)1500 calories or so a day and do jogging/exercise in the morning before breakfast for 5 days a week.. Eat smaller meals and drink lots of water...
You will loose weight in no time.. |

I understand it must hurt your feelings to be told that, it would hurt mine and most other peoples too. But remember you can get rid of it in time. Gym got rid of my fat.
And yeah, i got more bloated when i didnt eat much.
