Weight loss help.

Well, heres the thing. I've tried dieting and loosing weight tons of times. Never works.

Reasons:

Motivation is horrible. I'm too scared to go outside and run because I'd feel embarrassed if anyone knew I was trying to lose weight.

Also, in my house theirs nothing but sweets, and I'm always being offered them and I'd feel bad if I said "no" to someone who offered me them.


I'm not good at excersising. It's hard to do it lots of times.

Help please?

You could do the shopping and buy healthy foods You can still have sweets but just cut down on them.
You shouldn't feel bad about saying no, it's a good habit to get in to. I know it's hard but once you start saying no you'll be used to it and won't mind doing it more often.
You don't have to do running to loose weight. Try going for walks, even if they're not far. It still counts.
Try exercising videos or get a mini trampoline and just sorta jump to some music!
Dance round like a maniac So long as you're doing physical activity and moving, it's exercise really.
If you do that and balance your diet it should work!
Drink plenty of water!!

Grr! Why do people want to lose weight? Why can't people just be happy with themselves for how they are?
If you really think you need to lose weight, then exersise, go and walk and eat healthy foods and don't eat too much junk food.

walking helps you level out, but unless you run/jog there is no proven significant weight loss.

Eat less, don't starve yourself but eat less. Yes, this is hypocritical coming from me but oh well =p.

Try doing other forms of working out other than cardio, and make yourself sweat. Even lifting weights in a hot room can make you loose weight because of the sweating you'll do. If you like to play sports then get together with friends of yours/kids from your neighborhood and play outside. I'm sure if there was anyone around here I wouldn't be typing this right now.

Just a few suggestions =]. For me I excercize thtrough going to the gym 2 times a weelk and playing lots and lots of ddr. Try and find something "fun" about it, becuase I know that most of the time is sucks.
