I walk about 3 miles a day (working days) and on weekend i go to Jiu Jitsu classes for 1 hour, and then on sunday chill :P!

I go to the gym for training everyday except Sunday and Wednesday for 1.5-3.5 hours, depending. I've recently started running with my dog on Sundays. We do about 1.5 miles right now, in a few weeks hope to be doing 3 miles.

I do swimming during the summer.

Gym I usually do elliptical for at least 40 minutes, then do freeweights and such. I don't work my legs anymore since I broke my right leg a few years back and it's been a pain in the arse lately.

I like going to the gym a few times a week. I usually do 30- 40 minutes of some kind of cardio. And like 30-40 mins of weights.

I also like doing pilates a lot.

But as far was what takes up majority of my exercising time is Ballet and Pointe. (It used to be other types of dancing also, but I decided to focus on one type.)

I'm kinda a procrastinator, I'll be all like "oh yea, gonna work out...tomorrow" haha.

I can't belive there are people here who run 60 mins, I can't do that, think I have asthma, parenst are too cheap to let me get it checked though. I don't go to the gym b/c it's too expensive (if you haven't figured it out my fam is kinda poor, okay not poor just not well off) although we do have an eliptical machine but I don't like using it because I'm a fat fucking slob!!

2 two 4 milers a week.
2 150m Grid runs (3 sprints of 150m for 3 sets with 2 min break in between sets)
one 1.5 miler best effort
ciruit training 3 times a week (push up pull up and sit up)
