Then when i get home i take a break, Then do some weight lifting
(40 reps of each exercise) And some situps/pressups
I try to do this every morning but sometimes if i've worked the day before ¬¬ Cba |

Money: 1,502 | Re: What Do You Do for Exercising? Holy sh*t 40 reps? Try going for a higher weight with lower reps like maybe 5-8 reps, that will work much better for strength and muscle size.
Unless your goal is muscle endurance i guess. |

I also do cardio vascular exercises. |
