I get up at about 7:00 am and go for about.. a 2 hour cycle.

Then when i get home i take a break, Then do some weight lifting
(40 reps of each exercise) And some situps/pressups

I try to do this every morning but sometimes if i've worked the day before ¬¬ Cba

Holy sh*t 40 reps? Try going for a higher weight with lower reps like maybe 5-8 reps, that will work much better for strength and muscle size.

Unless your goal is muscle endurance i guess.

I go for a run every morning and then at night i'll 200 sit ups, 50 stomach crunches, squats and various other leg exercises.
I also do cardio vascular exercises.

Its all about heavy morning lifting sessions people.

get the weight, get the gains, get the mass, women love it. at least the GA women love it.

either way, I love getting in the gym, 7 AM at the Y every day.

I work out at home.. but I do the type of exercises I did when I went to the gym .. and I also walk very often..
