well since im an exercise science major i can give the answer to this. Both are normal. The "ideal" is to have the first toe bigger than the second toe. But either one is normal. When the second toe is longer it is called Morton's Toe. And depending on how much bigger the second toe is it may put exessive pressure on the foot when walking, etc. but it may not cause problems at all. its just genetics that determine this.
lol. they have toes, just weird looking ones. haha. but if i aint mistaken aint there this place like some island or something where a lot of them only have three toes on each foot? i think i heard that somewhere but maybe im just losing it?
