If you don't want to make changes to your lifestyle and diet then I don't see much luck with you losing weight. If you really want to lose weight you should try and eat healthier. You said that you can never seem to eat healthy for more than a week, try telling your parents and friends that you are trying to lose weight and want to eat healthier, this way they can support you and prevent you from eating junk food. Also if your parents know then they can stop buying the junk food, or giving you money to buy it yourself.
With the exercising try swimming or walking. Exercise does not have to be strenuous, just something to get your heart rate up and your muscles working to burn some extra energy. 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week is a good minimum to work towards. |
