so my family came here ilegaly and bla bla bla 10 or more years ago and my dad never found a good job so his job is hes a janitor at various places and hes a paperman, everyday he has to wakeup at 1-3 am and deliver paper and hes basicaly jogging 3/4 of the time till around 6-8 which he comes home and takes a nap etc and depending on the day he cleans places at night or if its a wednesday at night he goes from 9 pm at night til 3 pm the next day... that rough he cleans all night delivers paper in the early morning and delivers and different kind of paper from 8am-2pm

now i dont know how the hell my dad does this but he doesnt sleep properly and takes like 1-2 hour naps in the day somtimes.

so is this all healthy? hes been doing this for 10 years non stop every single morning delivering news paper and he only gets 2-3 days off work every year for his every day paper delivering job

I would agree with you what he is doing can't be that healthy, but I don't think it is something that will kill him. Some people are able to function on very little sleep, and maybe your dad just happens to be one of those people.

No its not healthy. Sleep is very important the body needs at adverage 8 hours a night for fully grown adult and 10 for us children failure to do so could result in numerous physical and mental anguish (i wont go into details). and if hes been doing this for 10 years its gonna start taking its toll on his body physically and mentally.

He needs to find a new way to support you guys im sorry but this is not good. You could ask your dad how he is feeling just to get the gist of it; also you could try and help out in the house more and give him less work to do if he does any at home. Lastly you could just try to make him comfortable.
