Is there any way to lose weight without eating vegies?
I haven't ate them since I was jus a baby (NO JOKE!)
I'm not fat or overweight but I'm kinda chubby and I worry about my health and my appearence I've gained 20 pounds since last year and only grew an inch so if this keeps up I'll be obese in high school
I NEED HELP!
How do I lose the pounds without eating the greenies?
Eat an apple 30 minutes before every meal (I did it mainly for lunch and dinner). It helps you to not be as hungry during your meals so you'll eat smaller portions. And for snacks have fruit or go buy healthy snacks from the store.
.. You know the usual, cut back on junk foods and eat fruit instead. Make sure for breakfast you don't eat something really high in sugar beacuse it makes you hungrier for the rest of the day. (So even though fruit is healthy, it has natural sugars so eat a bagel or toast with it. Or the white part of a boiled egg.. Just something else.)
If you want to lose some weight without eating the green stuff, then what you need to do is pretty simple.
#1: Have a simple little workout session, like jog for 30 minutes 5 days a week or something.
#2: Some of the vitamins and minerals in vegetables can be replaced by other foods, so make sure you eat a variety of fruits.
#3: To make sure that you are getting everything you need to stay healthy, take a multivitamin. I prefer the swallowable kind, but if you want the chewables...whatever.
#4: Try and keep off the junk food. A candy bar here and there won't kill you, but one every day isn't a smart thing to do.
If you do that, you should lose weight.

actually, you should consult a doctor or nutritionist before taking extra vitamin tablets because if you get too much of a nutrient or vitamin it can actually be harmful. You should ask a doctor because if you don't need it, you should take it.
Anyways, taking vitamins is not going to make you lose weight. A hard, steady workout routine will make you lose weight, and a good balanced diet will help you keep the weight off.
well, if you wanna drop a few pounds fast, i reccomend watching your sodium and carbs for a few days, and drinking lots of water. every pound of carbs has like, 3-5 pounds of water attached to it, so cutting down on carbs will drop some pounds.

This plus excercise, I can almost guarentee you won't lose weight without it.
There are no miracle diets, and you have to remember that whatever is worth having, takes hard work to get.
believe it or not, i used to be the FATTEST in my class at year 7 and now im like the skinniest... What did i do? Eat more vegtables, less fatty foods, for dinner, have sandwiches instead of other stuff.
Eat greenies you prefer, like cmon you cant hate all of them can u?.. try eating fruits if not greenies.. strawberrys, apples, oranges, there all fruits and taste wonderfull.
Im sure you like ice pops? If you dont wanna eat fruits, eat ice pops? what are they.. just the "juice" of a fruit, frozen, whats wrong? nothing, eat those if you can, excercise more, crunches, pushups, curls, all that kinda stuff.
If you REALLY REALLY want to lose weight, you WILL. If you go round eating fatty foods everyday, not gonna help is it? Chips.. a famous food nrly everyone prefers, eat microwave chips or oven chips, NO OILY FOODS.
Well try eating fruit then? You can limit your high calorie junk foods and exercise to lose weight. I dont care for vegetables much myself although i try to force them atleast once every two days for good health. they say to eat 5-9 fruits and vegetables a day and i know im lacking in the veggies but as long as your somewhat following the food guide pyramid and exercising 3-5 days a week im sure youll lose some weight. For weight LOSS they recommend 60-90 minutes of MODERATE cardiovasular exercise most days of the week. So that may be brisk walking, cycling, swimming, etc. So good luck.
