dude your not going to gain any muscle in 15 days. at least not enough to be noticeable. so your best bet is running alot to lose fat. just do alot of cardio and maybe you can lose a pound or two of fat in 15 days which will make ur muscles stick out more

im not tying to create a bunch of muscle. Just do a little shaping up. I have muscle already, and im not overweight. I was wondering if there was any little things that could help for a last minute appearance
There are some really good ab workouts on self.com I would do one of those (I like the 8-move ab sculpting workout) along with some cardio like running or boxing.
Um no. My gym has a section for like a routine workout, you just follow the 12 stations and they basically cover the whole body.
Why would it be bad if i just worked on bi's,tri's and abs?
well in the beginning it wouldn't be that bad but eventually you would start to look disproportional. your body strength would also be disproportional. most of your strength is in your legs. Your back is also a large strong muscle. But most people who workout for looks don't work their legs, and some not even their back or shoulders. therefore they start to get big arms and chest and a six pack and think they are strong but theyre really not. sure maybe they can bicep curl alot but in a fight for example much of your strength comes from back, shoulders, hips, and legs and not arms or abs. so if your gonna work out might as well work out your entire body to get the full benefits of working out.

AR, it is possible to gain noticeable muscle defination in 15 days. I was very thin at the time, but went from no definition to 6 pack in less than that.
