Money: 1,083 | random pains? i have been getting these random pains in my knees and my ankle. Im assuming that its from years and years of competitive sports and winter sports like snowboarding. I have sprained both my ankle and knee numerous times.
some days ill wake up and my knee or ankle will just be hurting really bad, and it will feel like i just sprained it, even though i didn't even do any intense physical activities.
Does anyone else ever get this? My parents said they thought they were just growing pains, but i know its not just that. Hopefully its not early stages of arthritis or anything...
any suggestions on how to relieve the pain? |
