Wobbly Legs

I am repulsively skinny, and have been for all my life, but my legs, primarily when i sit, see to be as wobbly as a sissy's lip at the end of titanic.

Is this normal, or should i just do some cycling?

cycling would help. i think you should start doing a weightlifting routine though for your entire body

also you should eat more to gain weight and muscle. if you stay skinny because of very fast metabolism and eating alot doesnt help, try a weightgainer such as Serious Mass.

make sure your eating enough calories for your body, a minimum of 1500, because your slim you must have a high metabolim so I would say maybe 2000 calories a day.

Don't do much cardio like cycling and running because that will burn fat not build muscle.

Squats are good to build leg muscle, anything that would bulk 'em up a tiny ( but not too much, just enough to give 'em definition)!
