Also who actually drinks the 7 glasses a day reccomended of water! I dont i hate water... juice all the way and i still dont drink 7 glasses!

Supposed to drink a litre a day at the minimum.
Drink some water before bed and when you wake up, Its really healthy to be hydrated and you wont feel tired or fatigued because water keeps your brain fresh with fresh water.

I go through at least 9-10 bottles of water a day. Constantly thirsty. Too much heat seems to emanate from my body, causing me to go insane for something to drink.
