Are you at a healthy weight for your height?
I saw a post on here of a girl claiming to be flabby when she weighed 92 pounds at 5'7. I thought it was highly unlikely so I looked it up and she is really underweight. So I wanted to share this chart with the rest of you to see if you are healthy or not.
