i need some advice.

I don't eat that badly, and i don't stuff myself much, but i know i'm slightly overweight. You hear about all the Pressure on Teens to lose weight, coz they see their fave celeb's thin and whatever, but i don't have that. Well i kind of do, like Emma Watson and that, but i have a total lack of motivation. I don't know what's wrong.. Does anyone have any help they can give me? I look at Hilary Duff, she's a bit too thin, but it's because that's what she wants to be, it's not the peer pressure or whatever. There was a time when she was called "Puff Duff" and i've seen some pictures, and i'm less fat, but i still want to lose weight. I've decided on the Weight Loss Method, that's been descovered by Paul McKenna. And he has a CD, that's a hypnotising thing. But it's all short time, and it's so frustrating, because if i can get my mind into a right perspective, than i will so lose weight. Even with all these Celeb as an example, i still can't do it.
Any advice?

Well I am trying to loose weight at the moment as well, and when I feel that I just can't be arsed to do anything else, I just think of all the advantages of being slimmer. I don't know if this will work for girls, but at the moment, there is a girl I really like but I don't have the confidence to talk to her, so when I feel like giving up, I just picture me talking to her and all that and everything

Dont do any of these silly diets which are just pure vegatables and such, an idea i have for you to use is set your self a standard, watch your calories and try and not go over 1500 calories but dont go below 1250, you want ti just right not too much not too little which wont effect your health. Eat less fatty foods, if you eat meat like pork or bacon then grill it bewcause it takes the fat off which means less calories. just stuff like that makes the small things and all the small things putogether make big changes...

^this for diet

plus for exercise just do HIIT. Which is where you start off jogging for 50 seconds then sprint as fast and hard as you can for ten seconds. Repeat this ten times for a total of ten minutes. When it gets easy increase the amount of sprint time and decrease the amount of jog time per minute. (e.g. 15 sec sprint 45 sec jog.) Still do it ten times though. This will burn alot of calories and fat. Do HIIT three times a week.

Twice a week on days with no HIIT do other light cardio such as biking. Do not run or jog on these days. Also during HIIT you wanna push yourself hard but dont push yourself to the point that you pass out. Know your limits. Also if you get an injury stop immediately. And try to run in grass instead of the sidewalk if you can because it's easier on your knees and shins and stuff.

What he said, Grid running is a good way of also incrasing your heartrate

20m 150m
Gradually build your run on 20m distance then sprint all out to 150m.
Then jog back to 20m mark for 1 min, do this 3 times, 3 sets. take 2 minute rest after each set. so remember 3 times run,2 min rest ,3 times run, 2 min rest ,3 times run , 2 min rest.
