BMI is a load of crap

Muscle weighs more than fat, so it's not correct anyway, someone could be really muscular but be their correct weight for their height yet their BMI would tell them otherwise and vice versa

mm my bmi is 20 and according to BIA body fat percentage i have 12-14 percent. cuz there is a 2 percent error range.

Wholeon you can't honestly think that article is valid :/ Diets DO work, i've seen it first hand and encouraged my friend when he was dieting. He was fat, now he scores 15 on the bleep test.

some studies have shown that fat can protect against “infections, cancer, lung disease, heart disease, osteoporosis, anemia, high blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis and type 2 diabetes.” The key word here is 'some studies'. It's been proven many times that obesity can lead to cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, arthritis and diabetes. As for Osteoperosis, regular bone strengthening exercise can help prevent this. Now assuming someone is very fat, (most of the time) they don't do much physical exercise.

The website you have shown gets all its information from 'Junk food science' a website which 'JFS has had no sponsors or funding to date, please consider supporting JFS to enable it to continue' How can it prove all this stuff it claims to have proven with no money?

It claims to have many awards from various websites, none of which are credible sources and none of which have links to them.

The key word in the website's introduction is 'Critical examinations' The website seems to get its popularity for criticizing most credible medical research.

Not to mention it's run by one person. How can she pull off all these controlled studies and repeat them many times by herself?

If you gave me time I could find many more things that make this website unreliable.

Don't believe everything you read on the internet.
