Thighs.
Does anyone know a good way to lose weight on your thighs?
I hate mine, want them to be thinner.
Ideas?
Excersizes?

bikes rides they work the legs alot and also makes em stronger.
you could try lunges but they are very boring and naff but ye bike rides should work very well or running but you have to run up steep terrain to get your legs working hard.

or just jog along way to burn fat off, off to go for a 4 miler in a bit anyway but not for losing weight purposes though, royal marines purposes i mena im not exactly joining the girl guides i have to hit 7 minute miles!!!

lots of running up and down hills to really burn the muscles 
also a rowing machine is good for an all body exercise also works on your flexibility if done correctly.
Personally i would choose the rowing machine.

yuh, the incline will put more strain on your legs.
so if you continue on a constant amount of exercising it should start to show results.

You can't burn fat off a certain place. You lose fat equally from your whole body. There really is no such thing as burning fat from a specific location.
However running is good, because it's good aerobic exercise - and your thighs will become more defined by building a little muscle.

Yea actually this is an exercise:
1. If you are going to fitness theres a machine where you stand upright and lift your leg sideward and you close it again and you do it 15-20/3 a day. Do the same thing with your opposite side too.
2. If you dont go to fitness, at home, lie down on one of your thigh, staighten your leg brace your arm on the floor and start lifting your leg up and down. Do the same thing with your opposite side too. You'll feel your thighs hurt. that means that it works.
