This will increase your metabolism, and should help you burn, baby burn!
You can also try drinking more water. Some people believe this helps shed pounds, and others don't. I personally think it helps, and makes you a healthier person overall. |

Money: -580 | Re: How To Look Fit It helps by drinking a full glass of water before every meal you eat. Water will help you to feel fuller, so you don't eat as much. And I'm a big believer in portion size. You can eat what you want, just don't go overboard. You can eat a slice of cake, just not half the entire thing. Or have only a handfull of chips and not 5 handfulls. |

Just think of your body as a car. The food is the gasoline. The better type of gasoline you put in it(food), the better it will perform. You can't eat whatever you want. But if you don't want to change too much, then try to eat more fruits and vegetables, and spread out your meals. Don't eat anything past 8pm(because you don't have anytime to burn it off) and try to get some exercise in.
Every little thing helps, so if you want to eat something that you know won't help, just eat half of it, or a quarter of it. Little things like that help dramatically.
But I'll cue you in, changing your weight is a lifestyle difference. If you want to see some dramatic results, you must do some dramatic changes yourself. |
