Well i recently made a post about my lack of results when I first started lifting weights, and thanks to the advice my inability to gain muscle is fixed... sorta.
While all my other muscles on my body are getting noticeable stronger and growing slightly, my bicep's and shoulders aren't seeing much improvement. There has been no noticeable gain in strength on either my bench press or bicep curl, and very little to no gain in terms of muscle size.
With both the exercises I know I am working the right muscles, but I don't feel that real straining that i feel when I'm working other muscles like my abs. My muscles just inevitably get tired without feeling any strain. Is this normal?
No it's not normal. You might be training wrong way. For instance, when you are doing babel bicep curls, you might be using your back a bit to support the weights. Go to bodybuilding.com and you can search most exercises with video files and descriptions.
