Then hold yourself up for as long as you can. Do that like twice a week, after the first few times you'll really feel the burn and notice results.
i really noticed tennis helps alot, especialy with pectorals as well, focus on power shots and serving, it builds abdominal, chest, and arm strength, and leg strength as well but not as much, i play just about everyday, and as soon as i started i really noticed a difference.
dont work to much, its important to allow at least a day of rest, muscles grow while resting after hard workouts and exercize so always take a day in the week just to rest. |

Money: -51 | Re: FAO People with a 6 pack - A bit of advice needed I got my abs through crunches and leg raises and pushups and weight training..... But i didn't need to go on a diet... But u need a low body fat for them to show though, i have 7.6 % body fat which is pretty low. Everyone is different so things that work for some may not work for others... |

1. lye on your back
2. raise your shoulder to the top of a crunch, put your hands behind your neck
3. lift your legs to a 90degree angle(bend them obviously)
4. touch your left knee to your right elbow
5. touch your right knee to your left elbow
6. repeat until you physically cant
even if done a little sloppy your abs will feel it within five minutes
if you cant understand my instructions google it. peace man |
