I need some advice on losing weight

hey everyone
well i bought a couple of work out dvds and i am going to start walking in the mornings and 3 times a day but the thing is , i dont know how to get started like what should i eat and my goal is about 70 pounds and its going to be hard but has anyone done this before and some advice would help

I haven't personally experienced this. But at first if you're not use to exercise start slow and slowly work more into your daily(or however often) workouts. Don't overwork yourself at first and make yourself hate the exercise. It can be a slow process but if you really want to reach your goal its completely worth it. Hope I helped even a little.
PS: Eating healthy is a good start too.

you wanna weigh 70 pounds, or lose 70 pounds?

some advice is try yoga, thats what my mama does and it works for her.

It is important to eat a balenced diet as well as to start off slow another tip is to have another person do it with you.

Change your diet, work out, get out more, yoga/pilates often help.

Stay away from fatty foods, they definitely ruin your body.

Okay this is going to be the best advice about loosing weight that anyone will give you. Trust me it works, i'm doing it myself and i have lost 15 pounds so far, going to try to loose up to 50 if i can. Yo u and me can do this together.

Okay, first thing is exercise, walk everyday to a gym, and in the gym just do 30 min of workout everyday if possible. no more than 30 min cause exercise is a stress and if u over work out your body can't tell what kind of a stress it is and will put on weight because of the stress u put your body through.


But then just exercising won't do shit for you man. U have to also eat right. Trust me i'm a soccer player, i play soccer everyday and i didn't loose weight, my doctor and nutritionist told me i have to eat right too.

So for the first 4 weeks eat only protein( chicken, beef, fish) and green vegatables( lettuce, green beans, Lima beans, broccoli, cauliflower),

You must stay away from bread, rice, potatoes and pops.

Best thing, make sure your vegetables are 3/4 the total space of your plate. And in between meals eat fruit.


So man stick to protein, vegetables and fruits.


Make sure to drink a lot of water too.


finally, set your plate up, eat half of it, and then after 10 mins finish it. That way u trick ur stomach into thinking u ate 2 meals. and with all this info trust me u'll loose ur weight.

If i can do it, anyone can!

take your weight and divide it by two, then take that number and drink that many ounces of water in a day, a regular water bottle is about 16 or 17 ounces. another big thing is probably sugar intake(common cause) and sodium(salt) intake, so definitely watch that, and in general (i know this sounds cliché) just try to watch what you eat, read the label and decide if it's worth however many calories, grams of fat and sodium and sugar, not to mention chemicals(in some stuff) to eat whatever you were planning on eating. and beyond that, food is always healthiest for you in its natural state instead of the processed counter part. one last thing is make sure you dont drink your calories(juice, pop, etc) or you will never lose weight, people are supposed to drink water so yeah....
