Cool toning

I want to tone my legs, mainly my thighs, what can i do on a day to day basis that will tone my thighs, but i don't want crazy muscle..?

You can do:

Squats
Wide legged squats
Lunges
Yoga
Run
Bike
Walk

All of those are good muscle toning things if done right.

Try doing 20 sit-ups a day, but no more than that. You don't want to overdo it.
After that, try working out on a treadmill for about 10 minutes, but make sure you eat three meals a day too, and drink enough water and get enough vitamins.
