Weight loss (need further advice)

Well, basicly 1 months ago i was 5ft 8in and was 12st 10lbs, (mostly fat) after doing 200 situps a day, walking about 3 or 4 miles per day and changing my diet cutting out most unhealthy foods im now down to 11st 11lbs. I now seem to be at a break even point where i can no longer shift any more weight, does anyone have any suggestions or workouts that i could tie in with what i am already doing that would help continue to burn off excess fat?

I believe what you've encountered is called a "weight loss plateau".
something you may not have thought of is what you drink (or you may have, I'm not sure). Juices and soda are high in sugar and can help you put on weight very easily. So something that helps every diet is sticking to water and occasionally diet soda. water is better for your body anyway.

Try eating more fruits and vegtables and soup. Something that doesn't have much fat in it and is good for you. Yoghurt is also a good, healthy choice and is known to help people slim down.
Also, watch the stuff you drink. Try not to drink soda or anything that has alot of sugar in it.

instead if just cutting out unhealthy foods, try making your portions better. Im not saying to cut out meals but when you feel full, stop. Dont try hard to finish your plate. Its been working for me

Don't eat much, don't eat fast. The amount of fat you eat should be low, but if you start not to take carbonhydrates you will lose muscles, not the useless fat. Mirrors should be your guides. Exercises are very important. The most profitable one would be swimming imo. Try it, good luck!
