I've been losing a lot of weight lately and I would love to help you out but I'm not about to screw up my eyes trying to read those lime green letters... sorry. But if you'd like some weight lose tips I can help ya.
1. Drink plenty of water, depriving yourself of water makes you bloat.
2. Stay active. Walk, Run, Jog, do something active for 15 minutes a day.
3. Keep your body fueled. eat more smaller meals a day instead of 3 larger meals. when you snack eat snacks low in calories but high in fiber. Fiber is a big key in weight loss.
4. Stay away from sugars.
5. Limit your intake of pastas and breads, they fuel weight gain.
thankyou the only one that actually seems difficult is the bread and pasta one cuz im vegetarian so ill just have to get my mom 2 buy mre fruits and veggies
You said your weights goes up and down between 146-150, that's normal. Those few pounds are probably water weight. Also, you have to weigh yourself at the same time everyday, which is another reason why it may not be consistent.

Thats all I can think of now.
I will add more when I think of it.
I agree. I've tried starving myself but I've learned that will actually mess up my metabolism. I have somebody helping me lose weight now and she actually has me eating more. I've only been working on my weight loss for a month so far but I've lost 10 lbs already and I'm super motivated!
Try this site, I find it very helpful. It has everything you need.
FitnessMagazine.com it's great, it has diff. recipes for weight loss.Diff. workouts..a community board thingy. Tons of tips and everything you need. def. give this a try. And it's so easy. :-)
Btw. I wouldn't stay away from Sugar completley, b/c you need SOME sugar in your body otherwise your blood sugar will go down and you will start to feel..drowsy and stuff..Trust me, this has happened to me. You should at least drink 1 cup of juice every morning..for your sugar..
Well Good Luck!! :-)
Do NOT starve yourself. It is incredibly unhealthy and won't even work unless you were extremely dedicated.
1. You will become tired, lazy and lethargic.
2. You starve your body of much needed nutrients, key to healthy growth, skin, hair bones. Starving yourself will make your skin worse, bones more brittle, among other things.
3. You will lack proteins. When you hurt yourself it will take longer to repair, and you may stunt your growth.
It won't work for most people because your body goes into starvation mode. It will break down muscle instead of fat for energy if it can. You will lose weight, but be just as fat and look just as fat, you'll just be weaker. Also, most carbohydrates and fats will be stored straight away instead of being burned for energy.
Do NOT starve yourself. It can be potentially very dangerous too.
If you wan't to do more, eat less fatty foods, less sugar, remember that some fruits can be high in sugar too. Eat foods such as lean meats, vegetables, fruit(in moderation) brown bread, skimmed milk, low fat yogurt.
As ama says eat smaller meals. 5 small ones instead of 3 big ones for example.

thats exactly what I have done except I have cut out bread all together and only eat pasta once or so a week. The only things I drink now are diet cola and water. Another tip is too not eat carbs (bread, pasta ect.) with
meats seprating the two does something to your body to help you loose weight.
Eating things with the smart selection mark on them is known for good health, and Yoghurt is known to be a good diet food, plus granola bars and oatmeal. Anything with fibre is a good food to eat. Make sure you eat enough fruits and vegtables, drink lots of water, and exersise. Try for 20 sit-ups a day and work your way up. Try jogging too.
