Your BMI
Does anybody check their's? I
I'm 5'10'', 9st 3lbs.
NHS says:
You are the ideal weight for your height
Your BMI is 18.5
If your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9 you're an ideal weight for your height. To maintain this, make sure you eat a healthy, well-balanced diet and keep active with regular exercise. This will lower your chances of developing heart disease, diabetes and other health problems.

Re: Your BMI
I really wonder why they ask for the gender. They both return the same results and comments. I guess it's fort their own statistical purposes.

Re: Your BMI
BMI is a load of rubbish. My cousing has a BMI of 28. Think he's morbidly obese? Think again - he's a body builder and has a body fat percentage of only 3.
It doesn't take into account muscle mass
