Leg problems.

Ever since I started practice, which is alot of running, I have had pain in my legs that never went away. The slightest running makes them hurt, I even have trouble getting up and down stairs. I used to have to take advils after every practice. It still never went away. It has been going on for 3 weeks now and I still suffer through practice. What should I do?

drink more water and stretch more if it's muscle pain, if it's your knees that hurt then you may have osgood shlatters, but im no doctor, and no one else on here is, so dont expect great answers

A dietary supplement could help. Something that helps you recover quicker between workouts and makes you more aggressive.

You may have good ol shin splint, basiccley its muscle damage from too much running pressure on your feet, it may be the way you run, what trainers you wear.
