ok so...I'm 13 years old and I'm only 150cm almost (smthg like that) ...
all the otherz in school are taller...I'm afradaid that maybe I wont get anymore taller...pls help me...any tips????

hey shush up and listen - im 16 and im 5 foot 2, working it out roughly in my head ur about 10cm away. ive been this height for around 4 years now and there are year 7s that are taller than me. seriously stop stressing. if ur gonna get taller then ur gonna get taller. if not then not. in my family none of us are that tall. it all depends on ur genes. people say u can get this thing to increase ur height and if u drink this once a day ur legs get longer. none of it works - trust me. its all either gonna happen or its not gonna happen. no point in trying to do something about it when it all lies on genetics.
I'm turning 16 at the end of may and I'm only just barely close to 5'2 and a half. And ya know what? It's very liekly I'm never gonna get taller than 5'2 or 3. Maybe 5'4, but that's very unikely because all the women on both sides of my family are short. I've got the genes working agianst me. lol
And, like everyone said, you've still got time to grow! Don't worry about your height at the moment! Trust me, a growth spurt is probbaly in your very near future. Did you know that your body doesn't stop growing until around 18 or 19 for girls? (It's 20 - 22 for guys i think. Just for the curious) So you definitly still have time.

except for my cousins simone i'm the shortest person in my family, the younger of my two little sisters is 5'9", the other is 5'11" my older sister is 6'2". the shortest adult in my family is my mother and she's 5'9". on the other hand, i'm 5'5" and simone is only 5'3". height doesn't matter it's attitude. I can make people flinch with a glance while my older sister is constantly being pushed around and dating abusive losers. besides you're 13, you've still got a good 7 years of growing time, maybe more. don't worry about it, just be the best you possible and screw it if people don't like it.

i used to feel bad but now i m over it
why be sad for sth u cant change?
if u really want to tryo to drink LOT of milk, like 4-5 glasses per day and excersice, but i think theres no reason to get anxious for it
