Money: 279 | a SUPER diet of OATS ? has anybody else heard of this?
i cant remember wheere i saw it. but the general idea was that if you only eat oats for a long period of time, a few months or something, the weight just drops right off of you apparently? is this true? xoxo

But the thing you need to bare in mind is it is very bad for you to just eat one thing.

Not to mention if you did this, you'd have many health complications and if you do it for long enough, the guy above is correct. |

Rolled oats my girlfriend says can be made into something called Porridge; which sounds yuk >_<. They also she says can be made into a scrummy cake called Flapjack. Which does contain butter and syrup. Hmm, I don't know about that tbh. But get to begin eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables in a balanced diet of white meat like chicken, drink milk (lovely cool straight out of the fridge!) and have muesli for breakfast,. You can always make your own, even get an easy recipe off google.
Just keep a healthy outlook to your eating and keep out of McDonalds, too.
