Money: 434 | New Morning Routine/More Exercise I've been really wanting to lose weight for some time... I'm 179lb and I'm 15 (5'11 if that matters lol)... I know that's unhealthy, so I've decided to take matters into my own hands.
Right, so I've decided that I'm going to go to sleep at like 9/10 so I can get up at 6, then go out jogging/running for about half an hour/an hour. I'll come back home, take a shower, have some breakfast (which I never used to have lol) then head off to school.
Does that sound enough, or do I need to do more exercise? I'm also going to not eat anything when I get home from school except apples, bananas, basically fruits. And water.
Would this be too hard to adjust to?
Thanks for any replies. |

But anyway your diet sounds bad because you cannot live off of fruits and water. Add lean meat, bread, milk and eggs or something like that to your diet. Definitely have breakfast every day and make sure you eat enough per day and don't try to starve yourself.
If you jog or run for an hour in the morning you are sure to lose some weight. Also I would recommend doing a weight lifting routine after school because the more muscle you have the faster your metabolic rate at rest. |

And Doolie, I mean just until dinner. I may have a few bites after that, but I usually don't. |

I have been aiming to get a six pack over the last month and a half - haven't got there but my stomach is more solid. Definatly eat sausages - I have them at least twice a week. |
